Mini Breakfast Recipes

Italian Style Breakfast Toast

Serves 1


  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
  • 1 slice bread
  • WillYum Spice Garlic and Herb Signature Blend


  1. Heat 1/4 cup tomato sauce in over medium-low heat
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet
  3. Cook egg sunnyside up until yolk sets
  4. Toast bread, top with sauce, cheese, and egg. Sprinkle WillYum Spice throughout layers for flavor.

Bacon Quiche Tarts

Serves 8


  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
  • 2 tbps chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp WillYum Spice Garlic and Herb Signature Blend
  • 1 tsp WillYum Spice Jalapeno salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a small bowl beat cream cheese and milk until smooth
  3. Add eggs, green pepper, onion, and WillYum spice products
  4. Seperate refrigarated dough into eight triangle, press onto the bottom and sides of eight greased muffin cups
  5. Sprinkle half the bacon into the cups, pour egg mixture in, and top with remaining bacon
  6. Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm
