Wednesdays are our favorite day because the Food Section is printed in The New York Times. Earlier this month, Cookbook Extraordinaire Melissa Clark featured a recipe for Broiled Fish with Lemon Curry Butter and it instantly reminded me of a few things I make often with WillYUM Spice for a fast and flavorful meal.
